Businesses with more than 15 employees are required to follow ADA employment regulations (Title I of the ADA). As many small businesses do not have a designated human resource specialist, employment responsibilities fall to the owner or manager. This site contains numerous resources to help clarify ADA regulations and guidelines for small business owners including specific publications developed by the EEOC to assist small business owners in following ADA guidelines.
